WINE DINNER – Saturday, March 20th at 6:30PM

Join us for a four course dinner paired with wine selections from Garfield Estates Vineyard & Winery in Palisade, CO.  Wine presentation by proprietor Jeff Carr.  45/ per person.  Make a reservation today as space is limited.

1st Course: Fried Cambozola Cheese served with Grilled Asparagus and Prosciutto.  Paired with the 2008 S2, a classic Bordeaux blend of Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc.

2nd course: Arugula tossed with Baked Apples and dressed with Maple Vinaigrette.  Paired with the 2007 Fume Blanc.

3rd course: Duck two ways: Duck Empanada & Smoked Duck Breast.  Paired with the gold medal winning 2007 Cabernet Franc.

Dessert: Graham Cracker Crusted Goat Cheese with Warm Berry Compote.  Paired with 2008 Vin De Glace (Ice Wine)

EASTER SUNDAY BRUNCH – Sunday, April 4th - Enjoy brunch specialties created by Chef Charley Sinden.  Make a reservation for your group on our patio.
