The Lobby Story
The Lobby’s owners have traveled a lot domestically and internationally and along the way we have admired other cultures’ food and brought those memories back with us. Working with a gifted chef, we have infused our experiences from abroad with our Midwest and Southern roots and have created an “inspired” menu.
The Lobby is located in Denver’s ballpark neighborhood, just a short walk from Coors Field or the 16th St. Mall area. We serve sophisticated comfort food with flair and a focus on quality ingredients. We are now open for brunch/lunch 7 days a week and feature happy hour from 4-6:30 Mon-Sat. Start out your morning with our omelet of the day and spicy house Bloody Mary, enjoy a ½ lb. jalapeno cream cheese stuffed burger and tower of beer for lunch, and follow-up with Apple Glazed Pork Loin for dinner. Daily specials created by Chef Charley Sinden always feature the freshest ingredients sourced daily and during summer months feature produce right from his personal Denver garden.
